I've got mine from Element14, $31.80 with free overnight shipping if you get 2+.
So far I got mostly rev1 boards and one rev2. Not sure if that matters to you.

http://littlebirdelectronics.com/products/raspberry-pi

$55, and shipping in 3 months, or a week, depending on which part of
the page you believe.

So... not exactly cheap or available, but another alternative :-)

I think rs electronics are cheaper but, from what I've heard, difficult to get.

"personal use" re-directs to UK site, £25.92

"business use" ends up here:
http://australia.rs-online.com/web/p/products/7568308/?

$36 + GST ($2.20 less than Element14).
On backorder, not sure about shipping costs.

Lots of interesting links though, schematics, datasheets, quick-start guide ...
