This month's meeting is heading North!

** Guest Speaker **

Steven Pickles (aka Pix) from Hackerspace Adelaide.

Hackerspace Adelaide is an open group of people with an interest in
electronics and computing, who meet to share and work on their ideas.

Steven is Chairperson of Hackerspace Adelaide and has been instrumental
in getting the group up and running. With years of experience in both
computer software and electronics hardware, he is sure to bring some

** The venue **

We thought alternating the venue each month might be a good way to
give members from different areas of the city a better opportunity to
attend the meeting. Paul, our procurement officer, has kindly arranged
a northern venue for us to use.

This month's meeting will be held at Para Hills Primary School, on
Frances Ave, Para Hills at 7:30 PM sharp! Click here for a google map:

Please note, there is a big, black fence surrounding the premises
which is not present in the Google street view. This will be locked
at 7:45pm, however there will be a phone number outside the front if
you are running late and need to be let in.


** General business **

As always there is lots of activity around the network with new nodes
and 802.11n upgrades continuing. Come along and chat about the latest
developments with the rest of the team.


** Membership cards **

Sam, our membership officer, is planning another round of membership
cards for this upcoming meeting. If you would like one printed, please
let the committee know via email ASAP.

Ensure that you have an appropriate picture uploaded to the members
database and that your details on there are correct.

to a nice plastic card printer that we might be able to use, we would
love to know.
