To me it looks like a free holder and stamp with a "premium cards"
purchase, so yeah it'd likely work

They charge about $8 (including delivery) for their free cards, more if you want your own design for the free cards. I don't know how much their free stamps cost.

the 'free' cards are only a very few designs - and it's even more (nearly
$12) to use your own design. My bad. Next time I'll read the fine print
first.

If you want to get a better price, most print shops will do you a deal if
you provide your own camera ready artwork.
Do them 4 up, 90 x 55mm, WITH CUT MARKS.
That way all they have to do is meke the plate, print them and cut them in
the guillotine.
When you do the cut marks don't do them as continuous lines along each side
and don't do them as separate objects.
Do a single cut line along each side then put a white rectangle with a
white line over them.
If you want a hand with the layout give me a hoi.
