It should have a pretty beefy black and white remote with it as well...if it is just the Robo, it might still be good to scavenge parts from (which is probably why you asked) but if you want it working, the remote is a must have.

It's flexible enough that the first humanoid robosoccer game was based
on them: http://www.nimbro.net/rs/index.html
They appear to have kept the existing motors and control electronics and
reverse engineered the IR remote to control the robot.
