Pingback: Source url does not exist

Hey there. I just wanted to make some tests with the pingback plugin
when the following error occured:
Pingback error: 16 - The given source url does not exist. (Source:
foo, Target: bar)
where foo is the correct url to the post that raised the pingback and
bar is the correct url to the post I tried to ping. Any ideas?

The error is reproducible. The target blog is Wordpress. And by the
way, I tried to ping a Habari blog before - nothing happened (the ping
was simply not sent without comment in the logs).

Has this happened as a result of the last changes to the pingback
plugin?

Ignore my previous message. The given exception gets thrown before the
changed code is used.

When I see this error it's always been while posting with an HTTPS connection to the admin. interface; updating the post over plain HTTP tends to fix it.
