We've recently released Habari 0.7.1. See the post at
http://habariproject.org/en/habari-071, which contains a link to the
release notes.

The most important issue addressed in this release is a fix to the
session code that prevented some users logging in. Upgrade should be
painless.

Thanks everyone, especially those people who helped track down and
test the login issue.
