Unfortunately, I don't think anyone on this forum speaks Chinese, so I hope
you speak English.

The problem you are getting is commonly seen when one of the following
situations has occurred:

1.  You do not have mod_rewrite support enabled on your web server,
assuming you're using Apache.  If you are not using Apache, please see the
installation details on the wiki at
http://wiki.habariproject.org/en/Installation#Special_Instructions for
other web servers.

or

2.  If you are using Apache and you have mod_rewrite enabled, you may not
have the correct permissions on your Habari installation directory
(/habari-0.8) so the .htaccess file could not be written.  You'll need to
ensure the web server can write to this directory during the installation.

The wiki page linked above should provide more information to help you
install Habari.
