0.7.1 - new AutoParagraph plugin question

about my problems with the 'old' AutoP functionality in combination
with the JWMedia Player plugin.
To circumvent this problem under 0.7, I've successfully employed the
Habari Markdown plugin, with the :

'Extra' file inserted. All is well on 0.7.

Since this AutoP bug has been fixed in 0.7.1, am I correct in thinking
that activating the new AutoParagraph plugin with 0.7.1 negates the
necessity of using the Habari Markdown plugin with regard to my use of
JWMedia Player ? Will conflicts arise if I employ both ? What would be
the preferred setup ?
