new theme: Hemingway and new plugin: Colophon

Pleased to announce my Habari port of the oh so used but oh so nice
Hemingway theme.

Available at http://github.com/stan/habari-themes/tree/master - in
black or white flavor (cf README), XHTML validating, works for
0.5alpha version, and optional plugins:

1. RN Monthly Archives 0.7 by Raman Ng (a.k.a. tinyau)
2. RN Tag Cloud 1.0 by Raman Ng (a.k.a. tinyau)
3. GeSHi 0.2 by Pawbie
4. Colophon 0.1 by myself

Colophon what ?

Following the killing of the about admin option as per revision 1719,
here is the colophon/about back as a plugin
