Hi,

I've written a plugin that adds autocomplete functionality to the tags box
on the entry publish page. It can be downloaded at
https://github.com/rick-c/TagsAutocomplete.

To install, simply download it and unzip. Rename the folder to
tagsautocomplete, drop it in your user plugins directory, then activate it.

I hope some find it useful.
