One thing I found a bit confusing in setting things up was what themes
and plugins are available and where they can be found. The main page
pointed to the wiki, the wiki has a list of plugins with a link at the
top that points to habariproject.com where you won't find anything
about themes or plugins. Meanwhile the list of plugins on the wiki
seems to be a sampling of what's available in habariproject.org/dist/
plugins, which has a fairly long list of plugins but all without
description.
So the wiki has a few descriptions, but what all the other plugins
do ... who knows??
For themes, there's habari-themes.com which has several available
for in situ preview or download (about a third of what are available
on habariproject). Like the plugins, the themes on habariproject
could use descriptions and images.
There's been a lot of time and effort in making all these great
tools... don't let them go unnoticed.

Habari-themes.com was actually created to host my ported themes :-D
but I'm more than happy to take another look at it and work with the
habari community to make better use of the domain. If you have ideas
for helping to clean up the wiki, please say so! I've been MIA lately
but still lurking (and reading the emails from here). As far as
plugins & themes, I do know that not all of them work for all versions
of habari which will need to be addressed eventually - or they will
all need to be updated to work going forward.

Almost all of the plugins at http://habariproject.org/dist/plugins/
have descriptions, generated from whatever the plugin author put in
the plugin XML file.
