Is it just me or is it a bug? I'm using version 0.5-alpha (rev 1842)
and I cannot enable a plugin. When I click "Enable" I get the error

<pre>Error: Undefined index: d304bf01
/my-folder/system/classes/adminhandler.php: Line 78</pre>

with a changing index number. I don't see a problem in that line. I
can file a ticket, of course, if it is a Habari problem. But first I
need to know what kind of problem that is. Can anyone confirm this?

I am running 1842 as well and I just deactivated/activated a couple of my plugins without problems.

What plugins do you have in your /user/plugins? if you have plugins there, back-up the folder and try deleting them one by one to see if one was causing this.

Also, is this a fresh install, or an accumulated one. If the latter, are you able to install another clean one and try activating a plugin?

OK, it's working now. I did a clean install.
Thank you.

I think I found the problem. It may sounds strange, but it could be a
locale problem. I'm using a german "habari.mo" file. If I delete it
and reload the plugin page, I can activate and deactivate the plugins.
If the file is active, I get the error when I try to activate a plugin.

Does this mean that if anyone is using a localized version of Habari,
all the plugins they use have to have localization files for that
language in order for Habari to work?

If you ask me, I can tell you: it doesn't matter. I did a test with a
plugin and a german language file for that plugin. But I saw the error
message. I did the same test without the language file (and I disabled
the line in the source code, of course), but I saw the same error.

There is a problem using the Habari core (so to speak) with a language
file. I made a german translation for myself. The translation is
working, but there is the side-effect with the plugins.

I think I found the problem.
I filed a ticket (#418) for.
