Is there a chance we could update the version of jquery shipping with
Habari? JQuery was updated to version 1.2.3 in February of this year.
We're currently using version 1.2.1.

I bring this up for two reasons:

1. The release notes for versions 1.2.2 and 1.2.3 show some speed
improvements and many bug fixes.

2. There's been talk of shipping jwysiwyg as a core plugin for Habari.
The latest version of jwysiwyg requires jquery 1.2.3 to function, so
we can't update jwysiwyg until we update jquery.

Has jquery offered a svn checkout yet? I _think_ I remember that
there was talk they didn't at the time of inclusion ,but were going
to. If so, I think making that an external like blueprint would be
prudent, and see no reason why we can't update trunk now.

I should have checked before posting. Yes,they do have a subversion
repo, so who ever has the ability to make that an external, I think
should do it.
