French Translation

Hi!

I've helped a bit with the French Translation on Launchpad.
Here's some parts I think are hard-coded and not translatable
(revision 3249):

When a section becomes active, the title showing up in the upper bar
is always in English (looks like the php file name is used directly)

Also in the sub-menus of "New" and "Manage", the contextual menu
appearing on mouse over "Entry" and "Pages" doesn't translate the
terms "Entry" and "Pages".

About the setup part (DB connection error), it is translatable. It
seems that launchpad isn't synchronised with trunk.

The updated template was just uploaded to launchpad. Should be synced in a bit.
