I have started writing some basic developer documentation. My first
focus was on a narrative description of how Habari processes requests:

I've sketched an outline for additional documentation here:

I don't want the "Classes" link there to reproduce verbatim any PHPdoc
documentation we produce. Rather, I see that as a more in-depth
examination of the class files: the relationship between QueryRecord and
its descendants, the DB and Options singletons, etc etc.
