I'm still working out how to get a "register" link to point to the
correct place, but...

Wiki logins are now unified with Trac logins on hp.o. If you have an
account and find that you can't login, then you might try using your
Trac username and password.

If you don't already have a wiki account, then you should create an
account via Trac. This username and password will give you access to
submit tickets, add wiki documentation, and check-out source to your
username (although check-in is limited to committers, you can still use
your username and password to check-out code via https, and then when
you become a committer, you don't have to change anything).

Next stop, unified Habari logins on hp.o...
