I just wanted to point out that, contrary to the comparison on

Apache Derby also has an in-memory mode.as of release 10.5.1.1,

Thanks! I have updated the documentation. I'm wondering what will
happen to Apache Derby (maintained mostly by Sun engineers) as soon as
Oracle buys Sun.
