Safari 5.1 does not play MIDI

Hi Fred,

after upgrading to GWT 2.4 I noticed that Safari 5.1 does not play
MIDI with the gwt-voices-2.1.2 (I have tested it with the sound demo).
Do you have any idea what has changed?

I noticed that the Safari implementation for MIDI uses HTML5 and
therefore creates an audio tag which however does not start playing
the MIDI file. If I replace it by an object tag in the browser it
works. So I would like to set the preferred sound to NativeSound but
this method is deprecated and throws an assertion. Any idea how I
could change the sound type for Safari/MIDI?
