when using the ical theme, the calendar doesn't seem to resize
vertically on window resize (resize horizontally fine though).  you
can see this on the live demo as well.  interestingly though, the
google cal theme resizes fine.  i see this in safari, ff, and chrome.

anyone else seeing this and got any pointers to make the ical theme
resize?
