Dear Mr Son,

I understand your frustration and I will investigate this. You said these deliveries were from FedEx, please provide the FedEx “tracking number” on the invoice of the delivery so that I can look up the details of the delivery with time/person receiving. This will help me to investigate because I will know clearly which of our staff received the parcel.

Thank you,

Regards,

Subject: GW Receptionists are very bad

Dear Mr Chris,

I am very angry with the way Leonidas's Receptionists treated our Express Mails. The story is as follows :

My Japanese partner in Tokyo sent me two Express/Urgent mails by Fedex. The 1st one was sent on March 30th and it arrived GW on April 2nd. The 2nd one was sent on April 2nd and it was handled over to GW Receptionists today (April 4th).

As of 21h15PM today when i checked my Mail box,  i found no mails. Then i requested your Receptionists to check whether they got any mails for me. They checked their counter and found an Express mail for me. I immediately complained them why they did not put it into my Mail box ??? They said the Envelope is rather big and they can not put it into my small Mail box. Then i questioned them why they do not call me to go down to pick it up ???????

Later at home, i opened the Mail and come to know it is the 2nd Mail. Then i one more time requested the Receptionists to check whether there was another mail for me ??? After checking their Desk again, they again found another Express Mail for me. That was the 1st one which arrived GW April 2nd.

It shows Leonidas Receptionists do not care our Express mails at all. They neither put my mails into my box nor call me to pick up them. Even when i asked those Receptionists about my mails, they did not carefully check every mails they got, as results, at first, they found only one mail among two mails of mine they was keeping. I wonder how long they will keep my Urgent mails if i do not ask them about the mails ??????????????????????

By the way, i wd like to inform you that since i move in GW, i several times do not receive my Registered mails (regret that i have no time to investigate why i do not get those mails). When i was leaving in my old house, i had never lost any mails. So i think problem came from the Receptionists here.

Therefore pls immediately train all of Leonidas's Receptionists how to handle/settle various matters (I believe that there are a lot of matters Leonidas's receptionists do not know how to do, how to react, how to settle...etc.....).

Re Resident's mails, i think Leonidas has to give the Receptionist a Note Book and they will take note in the Book what time they receive what mails from what Couriers for which Apartment.....

They also need to take notes whether they already put the mails into mail boxes or not. In case of big Envelopes that can not be put into mail boxes, they have to quickly call receivers to request them to receive the mails at Receptionist counter. And when they handle over the mails to anybody, they need to request him/her to sign in the note book.

B.Rgds

Dear Mr Chris,

Tk u for yr quick action. I partially agree with the solution and wd like to recommend as follows:
- If the parcel will not fit under the door, first Receptionists will call Receiver to inform him/her of the parcel. If Receptionists can not call receiver because of various reasons, then receptionists will leave a note as you said......

- Receptionists should have a Notebook to write down what parcel (sender/receiver names + tracking No) and what time they put the parcel under the door. And in case the parcel is handled over to receiver at Lobby., he/she needs to request the receiver to sign on the Notebook.

Tks and nice weekend.

Dear Mr Son,

Reporting back to you about your experience with our reception staff;

It was only one receptionist who received your parcel, yet all of the receptionists have apologized for not being more efficient with your FED EX parcel.

To prevent future delays in receiving fast ship parcels like Fed Ex, UPS, Express Mail, etc, receptionists who sign for fast ship parcels are now required to take the parcel to the apartment and put it under the door. If the parcel will not fit under the door, receptionists will leave a note on the residence door that there is an important parcel requiring pickup in the lobby.

Thank you for bringing your experience to me. This change in policy will take effect immediately and will avoid any future problems that you mentioned.

B.Rgds

H.Son
