New issue 13 by mcculls: Document org.ops4j.peaberry.osgi.flushInterval
setting
http://code.google.com/p/peaberry/issues/detail?id=13

Document the "org.ops4j.peaberry.osgi.flushInterval" setting that
adjusts the periodic flushing of unused OSGi services (this is to
avoid repeatedly getting and ungetting heavily used services).

Also consider improving the behavior so that a setting of 0 means
that services unget as soon as they're unused rather than relying
on spinning the flushing thread.
