GUESS uses what Algorithm to decide which node assigns to g.nodes[0] Position..?

Hi there

I was wondering about GUESS's ability to assign some Node Vn to g.nodes
[0] Position...how?

is it IN-degree or out-degree or some diff. kind of algorithm...?

I think this is imp. in terms of interpreting biological relations.

I have weight as one of the fields in EDGE definition and some how
when I type..
g.circleLayout(weight,g.nodes[0]) .....does not work..?
