Small Problem and small features,

Hi there,

I have been using GUESS successfully with some nice beautiful success
and its great but I like to add some new features to the applet. I am
bit new to java/python programming. I learned few things like adding
button checkbox....and so on..!! (long time ago Eytan helped me with
some imp. guidance) I am working with Gene-Gene Interaction Network.

Problem:
how to solve overlapping problem in layouts? I have weighted EDGES and
those are meaning full relation in Gene-Gene Network.

e.g., Features like to add with help biologist to view and interpret
results with some sense
(1) Like to add a input box which can search node labels and zoom
(center) (not All the way zoom though) those nodes to the screen
(2) Like to add two combo boxes and a button which will draw a path or
shortest path from one node to other.

Some of you have written code that might help situation.

Example to view Gene-Gene Interaction Network: (its a small
network..even in small one I have overlapping !!)
