Help to add menu

Hi,
In version 1.0.3beta, the command ui.getGMenuBar().add(myMenu) causes myMenu to appear right before the Help menu.
In the latest version, 1.0.4 beta, it causes it to appear in the upper right corner, after the states box.
To make it appear before Help again, I must create another JMenuBar and set it in ui?
