Announcing Guava 14.0.1 JDK5 backport!

Last week we published Guava 14.0.1 RC1 JDK5 backport to Maven. This release candidate is only useful for users who *must* continue to use JDK5 (which includes many Android users). All other users should use the non-backport version.

You can install it using maven as com.google.guava:guava-jdk5:14.0.1-rc1, or you can download it by hand from:

We strongly encourage you to install and test this release candidate; please report any issues you encounter doing so.
