Here is the agenda for the last Perth GSP volunteer meeting of 2011 this
Friday, December 6th at 6:30 P.M at Coutts & Company. We'll have GSP 2012 calendars on hand to buy

1) Welcome and introduction of new members

2) Ask for volunteer chair and secretary to record minutes .

3) Review + add to agenda as appropriate.

4) Review + approve last GSP volunteer minutes of Oct. 21/11  - changes made, add Al Teflissi to list, dance tickets for sale at Coutts

Paul was going to contact Robert Del Grande about HPI donations
Confirm volunteers who are going to Guatemala, who has tickets and trip plans

5) Present situation in Guatemala and Board of Directors decision on how the GSP will respond and how it affects this year's trip
