Hi Tom, I would say that Google Maps is unlikely to use color/image information about stop icons from GTFS feeds in the near future. However, if there are other feed clients that are interested in this information, it could be worth developing this into a full proposal. Thanks, Joe

Can we ask to specify the color of the stop icons on Maps (or even the icon itself)? All our regional agencies have some stops in close proximity ('shared stops'). Some places downtown have a half dozen signs. Anyone perusing Maps for stops serviced by their agency can't tell them apart. Related is how Maps displays the icons of several agencies that all
