GTD isn't working out for me as well as I'd hoped. I'm procrastinating
about projects that are important to me, and the stress is still
there.
My new idea is to organize projects into approximately 1-2 day chunks,
prioritize them, and focus on one thing, e.g. "file tax returns",

I think I finally got "on the wagon" and set up my system (I'm using
NoteCase, which is isomorphic to mind-mapping, but more convenient).
However when the weekly review time came around, I found that it takes
too long (1-2 hours if I concentrated, but because I subconsciously
find it useless, i.e. not real work, it actually takes much longer).... more »
