focusing on one project a day 
  GTD isn't working out for me as well as I'd hoped. I'm procrastinating about projects that are important to me, and the stress is still there. My new idea is to organize projects into approximately 1-2 day chunks, prioritize them, and focus on one thing, e.g. "file tax returns", "read that manual" until it's done. how much time do you spend on weekly review? 
  I think I finally got "on the wagon" and set up my system (I'm using NoteCase, which is isomorphic to mind-mapping, but more convenient). However when the weekly review time came around, I found that it takes too long (1-2 hours if I concentrated, but because I subconsciously find it useless, i.e. not real work, it actually takes much longer).... more »
