  I think the David Allen question would be not so much how you can &lt;br&gt; tweak the system, but what&#39;s going on inside you that&#39;s causing the &lt;br&gt; fail? &lt;br&gt; &lt;p&gt;1. Do you have everything captured? Have you done a mental sweep &lt;br&gt; recently? &lt;br&gt; 2. Are you questioning whether this is the *most important* thing you &lt;br&gt; need to be doing right now? Have you done a review recently?

  I haven&#39;t had time to do a lot of reading about it (productivity &lt;br&gt; system fail I guess) but their system seems to be based around your &lt;br&gt; personality rather than a system. It seems like a good idea.
