Adding functions to low level

Hi,

I'm pretty ignorant about the gstreamer-java interation with the low
level components. I'm looking to access the
gst_parse_bin_from_description() function, but the low level
GstParseAPI only has the gst_parse_launch series of functions. Can
someone suggest the steps I need to go through to add some more
functionality to that class?
