I tried searching the group for this but couldn't find an answer. If I
have AdSense ads on my pages, will GSiteCrawler follow them? Or it
only follows links within your domain? I ask because Google has a
strict policy against clicking your own ads, and it occurred to me I
might accidentally be doing so with the crawler.

Hopefully this is not the case, but if it is, what can I do to prevent
the crawler from following AdSense Ads?

The crawler will not follow AdSense ads, nor will it crawl any links
external to your site. :)

Thanks :-)

It makes sense that it would function that way, but I was stricken by
sudden paranoia. There are some horror stories floating around out
there about people being kicked out of AdSense for various reasons (not
GSiteCrawler).

No

The AdSense links are generated at the client side, So non of any
crawlers can see those links cause it's not exist in the page HTML as
any link that generated by Javascript
