Dear all, you'll have 15 minutes to give your presentation. You can use
available AV support during your presentation (most of you asked for
powerpoint and projector, those who haven't done their requests yet should
let me know ASAP). Some of you decided not to use that and that's fine too.
All the people in the panel will be talking for 15 minutes each, and only
after all of you have finished the chair of your panel will open the floor
for a 20 to 30 minutes long Q&A section. You can take advantage of the Q&A
section to go deeper into details of your presentation that you couldn't
give during your presentation. As you know, 15 minutes is not enough to
cover all the important ideas of your paper but should be enough to give a
general sense and make some strong points. I'm looking forward to meet you
all that day. Please let me know any question you have,
cheers,
Carlos Gomez Florentin
