this is configued in softkey profiles... there are added users from the queue

What is in the data part?

Group hint, extension ...?

Hi,

O.k. We ate getting closer.

You have configured the keys as extension. So you habe firmware befor 7.1.23.

The function you are using is called BLF. Busy lamp field. In newer firware versions you nees to use BLF and not extension.

So everything is configured right.

I guess the display is correct when someone calls the other extension directly.

The problem is located in asterisk itself.

It is documented in the code of chan_sip.

What you see is the XML pickup information.

This information can only be generated corectly when the called extension is the same then the subscribed hint.

In your case the called extension is different because the extensiin of the queue is called.

But even if the information would be correct, you could not pickup the call, because it is not a direct call to the monitored extension.

Sorry but there is and there won't be a solution in asterisk :-(

That is strange, because according to the changelog to the changelog and
to my own phones, Extension should not work any more.

But it does not change the fact, that XML info is broken in asterisk.
