[Announcement] Latest Google Cloud Storage Release: CORS support, short-lived URLs and gsutil 3.0

Hi everyone,

We now support configuring your bucket to send back CORS headers, the ability to create short-lived read and write URLs (e.g. for app-logic-based access control), and have a new release of gsutil that has several enhancements.
