This is the message I am receiving:

Your primary billing contact isn't receiving critical notifications.
We can't email critical notifications to an unverified email address. Fix
by visiting the Profile page<https://bpui0.google.com/billing/ui/iframe?style=DEVCONSOLE&integrato...>on your Billing tab.
The email address is correct. Other solutions?
