Just purchased Growl 1.4 and now the only app supported by growl is 1Password. ALL of my other apps that were supported in the past are no longer on the list. Is this to do with Mountain Lion?
Not directly, that is odd, I haven't heard of this happening, and it
shouldn't be. Can you look in ~/Library/Application Support/Growl/
Tickets and see if the individual ticket files are still there? If
you deleted that prior to installing 1.4, than that would explain why
they aren't there, and apps will need to reregister. If you have
problems getting them to reregister, please list at least a few of
those apps here and we will work to help get you back up and running
=)

I have the same problem. I have installed Mountain Lion and all the apps are gone, in addition Growl is not showing notifications from the only two apps remaining (1Password and Hazel). I checked ~/Library/Application Support/Growl/Tickets and I can only see 1Password.growlTicket and Hazel.growlTicket. I would like to reinstate at least the following apps: - Dropbox - Alfred Thank you.

I've received notices from Dropbox and OmniFocus.
I just opened Growl Prefs with the hope of disabling a specific OmniFocus notification, and I was pleased to discover the application list now shows Dropbox and OmniFocus.
