When Twitter.app was updated, it had to be sandboxed to be released in
the App Store. They did not however update the framework for Growl,
and the old method their very out of date framework uses to talk to
Growl isn't allowed under sandboxing. Unfortunately the framework we
presently ship with Growl Version Detective requires a method be
implemented by the developer to work under sandboxing. Twitter.app
will work with the upcoming Growl.framework 2.1 which removes the
requirement for that method. I don't have a date/schedule on when
that will be put out in SDK form or in GrowlVersionDetective though.
