Growl.prefPane not updated with Dutch resources

I can see by the about pane that Growl.prefPnae has not been updated
with the latest Dutch resources in the Google files. Please don't
forget to do so for the final release.

I've updated with all the items you posted and sent. Thanks for
pinging the list.

I also got the French updates which hadn't been applied yet.

It'll all be in 1.1.3 final.

French localizer would like to see the fruits of his labor too.

We should post another beta to verify the fixes to the Growl installer
and for GrowlSafari; he can check that one out.
