As the title suggests: Growl 1.1.3b4 does not have the Dutch installer  
text in place. I thought I had uploaded that text before, but looking  
through the Google group files, apparently I didn't. I've uploaded the  
correct text here: GrowlMail installation text (Dutch).txt

"This installer will install GrowlMail, which adds Growl notification  
capabilities to Mail.app.  A preference pane will be added to the Mail  
preferences for configuring GrowlMail.

Please quit Mail before continuing; installation will fail if Mail is  
running."

Should be:

"Dit installatieprogramma zal GrowlMail installeren, welke  
ondersteuning voor Growl notificaties toevoegt aan Mail.app. Er zal  
een voorkeurenpaneel worden toegevoegd aan de voorkeuren van Mail voor  
het instellen van GrowlMail.

Stop Mail voordat u doorgaat; de installatie zal mislukken als Mail  
gestart is."
