[growl localizations] Growl 1.1b8 Trad. Chinese (zh_TW) localization submission

zh_TW localization is updated to Growl 1.1b8. Please update the files.
I missed the translation of some strings in previous submitted files.
They are all translated in 1.1b8 submission. Thanks.

BTW, in the Growl.dmg, is it possible to add a Chinese translation for
"Double-click to Install"? If possible, please use the following
translation. Thanks a lot.

"Double-click to Install" = "連按兩下以進行安裝"

Hi Jack,

I was going to try getting something like the Perian disk image
going (http://trac.perian.org/browser/trunk/Release/Artwork/
periandmgbg.png) but we ended up with just too much stuff to fit both
all localizations and everything else onto a single dmg for the
artist. We'll investigate adding more languages later on though,
maybe redesign the disk image at some point.
