French localization of HardwareGrowler 1.2

I post the updated French localization of Hardware Growler for Growl
1.2 in

P.S. I hope this localization will not be forgotten since,
surprisingly,
in spite of my regular posted updates, HardwareGrowler still contains
my old localization
created for 1.1.3 !!!

P.S.2. As possible in Apple localization framework, this translated
folder contains a French version of "Credits.rtf" that could be useful
if the English version was not globally placed at the root of the app.

P.S.3. I also propose in this folder e French version for the
"readme.txt".
