to growl for windows
Hello, I'm very new to growl and quite honestly I have not gotten it
to work.

I have successfully installed the windows program, added a facebook
and twitter app and logged into both. The problem I'm having is that I
am not receiving any notifications. It's as if the apps I installed to
run with growl aren't turned on.

I have done the following:
*Growl is active
*Has access through windows firewall
*Logged into both apps (facegrowl and twitter)
*Setup my screen displays

It really seems that the apps just aren't running as I am getting no
notifications at all

I did some research online, but was unable to find a solution.

Please help

Thank you

You can enable some logging in Growl so we can see what is going on.
Instructions are here:
http://groups.google.com/group/growl-for-windows/browse_thread/thread/1c17687b801efff0/038d1645921177c3?hl=en&lnk=gst&q=logging#038d1645921177c3

Once you do that, do something that would cause a notification to be
triggered (have someone tweet you, etc) and then check the log folder.
If there are some files that show up, then hopefully they will help
shed some light on the issue. If nothing shows up, then the message is
not making it to Growl. That could be for a few reasons, but we can
try to diagnose those if that is the case.
