Most displays do not currently have the option to set a font, but this one does: http://softwarebakery.com/frozencow/translucentdark.html - it is called 'Translucent Dark' and is very configurable. You should even be able to setup some options that make it work kind of like Visor (align it to the top, set it to stretch horizontally but not vertically, etc).

Just out of curiosity, when you say "people who do not have VB installed" what does VB stand for? Do you mean Visual Basic? I dont think any of the common displays use fonts that are installed by Visual Basic (does Visual Basic even install any fonts?).

I think he meant VS: his point was that he couldn't change fonts without recompiling.

My WPF display would fix all these sorts of gripes ;)
