thanks for posting that - i didnt even know about it!

(and in case anyone is interested, i did vote for GfW since i could
only vote for one, but i have to admit that i like Snarl too. what is
the saying - "a rising tide raises all boats" or something? if apps
start supporting a standard notification framework, the user can use
whatever receiving display app they like - Chris from Snarl already
said he plans to add GNTP support when it is finalized and my Gnarly
add-on lets you use Snarl-enabled apps with GfW. freedom of choice for
the user - that is what it is all about).

Well at least for those who see the benefit of Growl and as the author
points out most of the participants most likely didn't even bother to
figure out what the purpose of Snarl and Growl are. So hopefully we'll
some more faces hitting up the boards soon.
