Very strange. It looks like you are running Windows 7, is that correct? Do you know if you have any service packs or anything installed as well? Do you know what versions of .NET you have installed?
I have not seen that issue before nor heard of anyone experiencing anything similar. I will have to think about it a bit to see what I can come up with.
I just installed Growl. (then reinstalled it after having this issue.)
I open Growl. I get the notification that it's running. I double click on the icon in the system tray, and the icon appears in the task bar. But no window appears. I click the task bar icon. Nothing.
However, I can't find anyway to bring that window into view. SO it would appear I'm unable to alter any and all settings in Growl. Help?
