Lync doesn't support Growl, but maybe somebody will whip up a plugin to add support. I am not super familiar with Lync, but it would be a good project for somebody who wanted to dip their toe into programming or open source projects.

Is there a way to add my Lync program to the application list.  If not, it would be nice to have that in future versions.  Growl worked great for my MS Outlook notifications.
