Whatever thing is generating the events you care about (in this case, the website you logged into) needs to send the notification to Growl. Growl doesnt monitor anything - it simply provides a centralized place for apps & websites to send notifications to so that you can act on them.
If the website is not currently sending notifications, then there is probably not much you can do. If it is sending notifications, then you can forward them from Growl on your computer to your iPhone using either Prowl, Howl, or Boxcar (all links available here:
