Hi

I want to have only one notification opened at once, because more is
unnecessary in my case.
Is there a way to close all notifications programmatically?

thanks!

Would you prefer replacing the contents of the already on screen notification with what you want to display next? If so we have that in the API, it's called coalescing.

Thank would be ok too. Since which version of Growl is this available?
I didn't find this in the documentation.
I would like to make it work for the free version of Growl, if thats
possible.

Thank you.

Coalescing has been in Growl for well over 5 years now (probably a lot longer). Take a look at the headers, I believe they provide information on it.

Thank you! If you set the same identifier for every notification they
only appear once. If anyone wonders.
