After careful review of this group, we’ve realized that most of the
questions posted here are either duplicate questions or questions
answered in our help center. As a result, we’ve decided to archive the
What exactly does this mean for you? This means you’ll be going to our
Groups Help Center (http://groups.google.com/support/) for product
information/issues, and will visit the Apps Status Dashboard (http://
www.google.com/appsstatus) to check product outage updates. We are
working hard on making these resources more robust, and will also be
creating an FAQ that will answer the most popular questions. Even
though you won’t be posting in this group anymore, you’ll still be
able to search and browse for previously answered questions. We’ll
have a link to a contact form in the Groups Help Center as well, where
you can report new issues and provide feedback.
More details to come, but wanted to give all of you a heads up first.
Please know that we are working to make sure that you have alternate
solutions to getting your questions answered.
