Hey - great group!

I'm wanting an activity that gets a group to create a name for their
group.

Any ideas?

Onymous is the opposite of anonymous.
Cognito is the opposite of incognito.

While only one of these is listed in dictionaries searched by onelook.com,
we are looking for a unique name.

If you know the activity bulls write buy Jim Cain (Teamwork and Teamplay) you can use this to set up a way to do something like this.

If you do not know what a bulls write is e-mail me back and I will share, but it really is Jim's game so I would prefer not to share it over the web. (Or better yet buy the book as it is still one of the best!)

We normally start buy asking the group to come up with a word or acronym that is 4-7 letters long that....

We have used represents your: Day, Team, What others would say about your group, what other teams think of your team, your clients think of your team, etc....

I hope that this helps you.
